How can my company manage portals?

After you set up an organization, you can add admins from your organization. Those admins can see and manage all portals within the org. To add or change admins, click Manage Admins within your org.

Who can see each portal?

As an admin, you can add viewers to a portal. Viewers can only see the portal, not manage it. In addition, admins for the organization can see all portals within the org. No one besides vieweers added by admin, and admins themselves, cna see the portal. To manage access to portal, click Manage Users within the portal.

What is the pricing?

You can create your first portal for free, with no credit card required. Once you share the portal with others, you can choose between $49/mo for 10 portals. Each additional portal after 10 portals is $10/mo. You can save 20% with annual billing.
